客户来厂看样那天，桌上摊的往往不是一张图，而是一堆实物：圆角盒、面包形盒、超纤袋，挨个摆开比。我们做【咖色金边圆角珠宝盒ZBH4】【灰色圆角面包形首饰装盒ZBH8】，再加【超纤首饰包ZBD3】，三样常一起定，客人就在桌前把颜色、尺寸、烫金一件件敲。
先定盒型。ZBH4 是咖色金边、圆角塑胶盒胚，80×80×35mm，能装戒指吊坠耳钉；ZBH8 是灰色面包形，同样尺寸，线条更软。客人常拿不定选哪只，我们的建议是看主推款：硬朗的男款配ZBH4的方圆角，柔美的女款配ZBH8的面包弧。两只能同色系不同型，柜台上摆着也有呼应。内衬也当场定——ZBH4 标是植绒绒布，可换超纤或皮革；ZBH8 也能选缎面，客人摸过三种手感，才好定哪款贴自家首饰。

也有看走眼的时候。有回客人图省，盒定咖色、袋定灰色，金边和烫印各找一家做，到货一摆，两处金的色温差一截，只好返工统一。后来我们样前就把盒和袋放一起对光，省掉这趟返工，客户也少等半个月。

We make the coffee-brown gold-trim rounded jewelry box ZBH4, the grey rounded pillow-shaped jewelry box ZBH8, plus the microfiber jewelry pouch ZBD3, and the three are often ordered together; the client settles colour, size and foil item by item right there at the table. Pick the box shape first. The ZBH4 is coffee-brown with gold trim on a rounded plastic blank, 80×80×35mm, holding rings, pendants and ear studs; the ZBH8 is grey and pillow-shaped, same dimensions, softer lines. Clients often cannot decide between them, so our suggestion follows the hero piece: a sharper men's style pairs with the ZBH4's square-round corner, a softer women's line with the ZBH8's pillow curve. The two can share a colour family in different shapes, and they echo each other on the counter. Liner choice matters as much: the ZBH4 ships with velvet as standard but can swap to microfiber or leather, and the ZBH8 can take satin; feeling three liners decides which truly suits the client's jewelry.
Do not obsess over the size. The blank says 80×80×35mm, but it is customizable; a client presses the real piece into the box, sees a long pendant chain and understands why a few millimetres of height must be added. The ZBD3 microfiber pouch, thickened material with a drawstring, fits rings to bracelets at 80×80×35mm, but a bangle needs the larger size. Slip the sample pouch into the box and, once the hand-feel is right, the order is half won.
Foil is where alignment gets hard. Both the ZBH4 and ZBH8 take gold stamping, emboss and a custom logo, but the box trim and the pouch print must use the same colour code, or you get gold on the box and silver on the bag and the set collapses. When checking samples we lay box and pouch side by side and confirm under daylight that the gold is one tone before the client signs off.
Minimums are stated face to face too. The rounded boxes and microfiber pouches start at 500 for a small run, 2000 for bulk, each in its own OPP dust bag inside a five-layer carton. Once the client has worked out monthly volume, the first batch is often confirmed on the spot. A factory visit is not a formality; it drops the word "custom" from paper onto a real object in the hand.
