快递分拣后，盒袋常在哪坏 Where Boxes and Pouches Break After Sorting
珠宝包装出我们厂门，不代表就安全了。真正考验在快递中转场——传送带一甩，编织袋一压，分拣员随手一扔，盒子袋子在哪坏，我们看了十几年，位置就那么几个。
「首饰包装盒SH8」这种红黑硬纸礼盒，最脆弱的是棱角。传送带拐弯时，一摞盒子侧着蹭过去，红黑面交接的包边先花，严重点纸胚角压塌，顾客收到就是个瘪角。我们后来在盒胚里加了硬质内托条，角部单独撑形，外箱又改成五层加硬，同款盒叠放不再互压。SH8 本身红黑配色显脏，运输里蹭一道白印特别扎眼，所以每只用独立 OPP 防尘袋先套一层，再入箱。
袋的问题在抽绳。「兔耳朵索口袋ZB11」那对立体兔耳和米白金色编织抽绳，是分拣最容易勾坏的地方。编织绳被传送带齿勾住，一拽就脱结；兔耳造型突出，袋堆里被压得歪掉回不来。我们现在抽绳末端打双结加固，兔耳内侧加薄衬定型，袋身用独立 OPP 防尘袋单装，不和其他硬物混箱。ZB11 是高光泽缎面，烫印 LOGO 在粗糙编织袋里摩擦会发白，所以袋面朝里折、LOGO 贴内膜。
「布艺收纳袋ZB15」深蓝高密度织物挺括耐磨，本抗造，但压印标识那块怕硬角顶。我们见过整袋被上面箱子的塑料护角顶出个凹印，同色系压印“apm MONACO”字样就糊了。改进是外箱格位分隔，袋平铺不叠折，标识面朝箱壁软衬。
说到底，出厂质检只看得到工厂里的整齐，看不到中转场的粗暴。盒加护角、袋单装、标识贴内膜、外箱分隔——这几道为运输加的工，顾客看不见，但拆开那一下整不整，决定的就是回头。

返修成本算笔账：一个盒出厂几块，运输压坏退回，运费加重做加客户信任，远不止几块。所以我们在打样阶段就让客户选“是否走快递”——走快递的款，盒角加厚、袋抽绳加固、外箱升级，单价贵一点，但少一半售后。很多新客户嫌贵，等第一批货压坏两成，第二批主动加钱上防护。
包装这条线，工厂能控的是出厂那道，控不了的是路上那道。把路上想得到的坏，提前在出厂前防住，才是真省事。

After decades of this we know exactly where boxes and pouches break. The "Jewelry Packaging Box SH8", a red-and-black rigid gift box, is weakest at its corners. When a stack slides around a belt turn, the red-black edge trim scuffs first; worse, the board corner caves, and the customer gets a dented box. We later added a rigid inner support strip and shaped the corners individually, switched the outer carton to a five-layer reinforced board so same-style boxes no longer crush each other. SH8's red-black contrast shows dirt badly, so every box gets a separate OPP dust bag before the carton. The pouch problem is the drawstring. The "Bunny-ear Pouch ZB11" with its 3D ears and cream-gold woven cord is exactly what the belt teeth snag. The cord pulls out of its knot; the ears, sticking out, get crushed crooked. Now we double-knot the cord end, add thin interlining inside the ears to hold shape, and pack each pouch in its own OPP bag, never mixed with hard items. ZB11 is high-gloss satin; the foil logo rubs pale against a rough woven sack, so we fold the face inward, logo against the inner film. The "Fabric Storage Pouch ZB15", deep-blue high-density fabric, is tough by nature, but the embossed logo fears hard corners. We've seen a whole pouch dented by the plastic corner of the box above, blurring the tone-on-tone "apm MONACO" mark. Fix: divided cells in the carton, pouches laid flat not folded, logo toward the soft wall. Factory QC only sees the tidy state at our door, not the roughness at the hub. Corner supports, single-pouch packing, logo against film, divided cartons — work added for transit that the customer never sees, but that decides the unboxing. Humidity gets ignored. In the south's damp season, boxes stacked low in the warehouse wick from the floor; SH8's red-black paper waves, the magnetic metal spots rust. We lift outgoing cartons on pallets and wrap them in moisture film, especially for long hauls. Pouches resist damp, but ZB11's satin catches smell — mixed with perfume or food cartons, it opens reeking, and the customer's first thought is "dirty". A cost note: a box ships for a few yuan; crushed in transit, return freight plus remake plus lost trust is far more. At sampling we ask clients whether the goods will ride courier — if yes, thicker corners, stronger cord, upgraded carton, a little more per unit but half the after-sales. New clients balk, then after the first batch loses twenty percent, they pay for protection willingly. The factory controls the door; it can't control the road.
