The pearl flower and bow at the mouth are hand-tied or heat-bonded. A hand-tied knot needs an overlock or the ribbon end frays; heat-bonding needs the right temperature and pressure, too hot and the mesh scorches yellow, too cool and it shakes loose. We use small faux pearls, sewn or bonded, and for volume we bond — steadier across a run.
Color is the selling point: burgundy and sky-blue both come as gradients. Gradients are harder than solids, and batch-to-batch shade drift is the easy mistake, worse on sheer fabric where a dull base turns the whole bag grey. We lock the dye-lot number for an order and keep a standard swatch from sampling, checking every piece against it; for a brand running the same bag across markets, we keep one locked dye lot per region so a Paris pouch and a Shanghai pouch still match. The "misty" look comes from the translucency, so the dye must stay light; too solid and it reads as opaque satin.
Customization runs to gold foil, emboss or LOGO. Foil on organza needs low heat and a quick press, or the mesh shrinks. Emboss is safer — a recessed LOGO that doesn't hurt the weave. A single small monogram letter is fine; a paragraph of text is not, the mesh won't hold it. We usually suggest a 30-piece sample run first, a week on the shelf before the full order — the mesh hand-feel and the gradient read differently in real light than on a screen.
Size is 80×80×35 mm and customizable. The lining is velvet flocking, safe for rings, pendants, earrings and bracelets, scratch-free. MOQ is 2000 for a small run, 5000 for bulk, with sampling to confirm the mesh and color first.
On packing, each pouch gets its OPP dust bag before the five-layer carton, with dividers inside — organza fears pressure, not drops; one crease from stacking never comes back. At acceptance, don't just count boxes; compare each piece to the standard swatch for gradient and bonding, and pull the off-shade ones. Mixed into a shelf, a customer spots the difference at once. A rigid outer box also protects the bow, which flattens just as easily under weight.
One line: an organza pouch should look good and last. Get the weave, the bonding and the color lock right, and most snagging and flower-loss problems disappear before the bag ever reaches a counter.
