黑色绸缎袋，光泽与抽绳的讲究
黑色绸缎束口袋ZB4走的不是绒布的哑光路数，而是绸缎的光泽感。优质绸布摸上去滑、垂感好，光打上去是一道柔的高光，比绒布更显档次，适合放戒指、吊坠、耳钉、手链这类小件。
绸缎和绒布是两码事。绒布靠绒毛立起来挡灰，绸缎靠面料本身的光泽和垂顺。ZB4用的绸布要选密度够的，太稀的绸一扯就透，还容易抽丝。我们一般挑中厚绸，手捏有骨感，袋身立得住，不会软塌塌贴在一起。

出厂包装是独立 OPP 防尘袋加五层外箱。绸缎怕压出死褶，装箱时每袋先入 OPP 袋定型，再分层放进五层箱，箱里加隔板，运输里揉成一团的情况能少很多。仓库堆的时候别压太重，绸面压久了折痕回不来。

Quality satin feels smooth and drapes well; under light it throws a soft highlight that reads more upscale than velvet, and it suits small pieces — rings, pendants, studs, bracelets. Satin and velvet are different animals. Velvet relies on raised fibers to block dust; satin relies on the fabric's own gloss and drape. The satin on ZB4 has to be dense enough — a too-thin weave shows through when stretched and snags easily. We pick a medium-heavy satin with some body, so the pouch stands rather than collapsing into a limp pile. The white drawstring is the accent. Against the black body it reads clean and lets a customer find the cinch at a glance. The string ends are knotted to stay put; without that, a few pulls and the tip frays and the mouth will not close tight. The cord should match the body — a coarse string scrapes the satin on every pull and fuzzes the surface over time.
The foil MORJOR mark is the face of the pouch. Foil lives or dies by temperature and pressure: too low and it lifts at a rub, too high and it scorches the satin into a yellow-brown patch. ZB4 carries a clean, modern wordmark placed upper-center; at sampling we check edge clarity and bleed before the run.
Inside is a velvet liner, doing a different job from the satin shell. The shell handles looks and drape; the liner protects the piece, keeping a ring or pendant still and unscratched. The two layers are not sewn rigid — we leave play at the base so pieces of different thicknesses bulge only a little. The flocking has to bond well — poor flock sheds and sticks to the jewelry, a nuisance to clean. The seam is tucked inside the satin so the only thing a customer feels is the smooth outside. We also confirm the flocked liner does not shadow through the satin at the seams under direct counter light.
The size is the small 80×80×35mm, customizable to a brand. A small pouch fits a single pendant or a pair of studs just right; too large and it looks empty. Color runs cream, black and burgundy, with black the steady seller and the other two treated as seasonal. Minimums are 500 for a trial and 2000 for volume, so testing the style is not a heavy commitment.
At sampling we send two or three pouches, not just one — one dyed, one foil-stamped, one blank — so a brand judges the satin sheen, the mark clarity and the drawstring feel together before committing. A pouch is cheap to prototype and far more expensive to recall.
Outbound packing is a separate OPP dust bag plus a five-layer carton. Satin hates permanent creases, so each pouch goes into its OPP bag to hold shape, then layers into the carton with dividers; that cuts the "arrived as a ball" problem in transit. In storage, don't stack too heavy — a long-pressed crease will not spring back.
A satin pouch also carries a quiet advantage: it is light. For the same pendant, it weighs far less than a rigid box, which trims shipping cost for e-commerce while still feeling premium in the unboxing.
