客人埋单那一刻，包装才真正开始。好多人以为盒子塞进去、袋子一套就完事，其实差得远。圆角珠宝盒ZBH2是皮革外包、金属按钮封口，内衬植绒，盒胚是塑胶，80乘80乘35毫米，颜色酒红黑米白都能定。它的问题是硬——盒角圆，但底薄，单只装袋运输，边角一磕就是一个坑。所以我们养成了习惯：装袋前，先在盒外裹一层薄绒布。
说点实在的。珠宝袋ZB5是米白绒布束口袋，金色烫印“PROYA珀莱雅”标识，棕色双股抽绳，末端打结加固。这袋子本身软，装了硬盒进去，盒的角会顶袋面，拎久了袋形塌。解决办法不是换厚袋，是先在盒外裹一层薄绒布，再入袋。高档超纤索口珠宝袋ZBD1是加厚超纤，内衬也是加厚超纤，本身挺括，80乘80乘35毫米可定，米白黑酒红任选，起订量一千。它比绒布袋更能托住盒形，但我们还是会在盒内再垫一张雪梨纸，怕盒盖在运输里磨花。
封口也有讲究。圆角珠宝盒ZBH2的金属按钮一按就合，声音脆，客人听着踏实。但按钮怕压，叠放时底下那只容易被上头压开。所以我们装箱时，盒与盒之间一定隔一层珍珠棉，单只入袋的，袋口抽绳收紧后，再在外头套个独立OPP防尘袋——这也是ZBH2出厂的标配包装：独立OPP加五层外箱。到了客人手里，拆开OPP，抽开袋，掀盒，按钮“咔”一声，仪式感就齐了。
薄绒布我们用的是内衬裁下来的边角料，零成本，又比气泡膜不掉屑、不挂静电，裹在盒外还能顺手把皮面再抛一遍亮。ZBH2的皮面包了手容易留指印，这层布正好把我们的手隔开。量小的客人常嫌麻烦想省，我们一律劝：盒五百只起、袋一千只起都能做，缓冲这道省不得，前面烫金压纹再漂亮，到手塌了等于白做。
这活儿看着小，天天做就见功夫。本地配送的，薄绒布加袋就够了；走快递跨省的，盒外裹布、盒内垫纸、袋外再套OPP，三层护着，到手还是挺的。我们吃过亏：北方一位客户收货时盒角被野蛮分拣磕瘪，照片差点丢了返单，从那以后三层护法是铁律。做包装定制的，最怕的就是“出厂挺括、到手塌陷”——前面工艺再好，路上塌了也白搭。起订量盒五百、袋一千，量小也能做，但缓冲这道工序，谁都不能省。

The rounded-corner jewelry box ZBH2 is wrapped in leather with a metal button closure and a velvet lining; the shell is plastic, 80 by 80 by 35 millimeters, and the color — wine red, black or cream — is customizable. Its problem is that it is hard. The corners are rounded, but the base is thin; shipped alone in a pouch, a single knock dents an edge. So we built a habit: before the pouch, wrap the box in a thin layer of soft cloth.
The honest part. The jewelry pouch ZB5 is an off-white velvet drawstring bag with a gold-foil "PROYA" mark and a brown two-strand drawstring knotted at the end. The bag itself is soft; drop a hard box inside and the corners push against the fabric, and the bag sags with carrying. The fix is not a thicker bag — it is wrapping the box in thin velvet first, then sliding it in. The premium microfiber drawstring pouch ZBD1 is thickened microfiber with a thickened microfiber lining, inherently stiff, 80 by 80 by 35 millimeters, cream, black or wine red, minimum order one thousand. It holds the box shape better than a velvet bag, but we still lay a sheet of tracing paper inside the box so the lid does not scuff in transit.
Why a thin cloth and not foam? Foam is cheaper but leaves static and lint on the leather; a soft velvet scrap buffs as it protects, and it costs almost nothing because we reuse offcuts from the lining cuts. The ZBH2's leather wrap shows fingerprints if handled bare, so the cloth also keeps our hands off the surface during packing. We reuse the lining offcuts as the wrap cloth, so the cushioning costs nothing extra and leaves no foam lint on the leather — a small loop that keeps both the box and the budget clean.
The closure matters too. The metal button on the ZBH2 clicks shut with a crisp sound that customers find reassuring. But the button fears pressure; stacked, the bottom box can be popped open by the one above. So when we pack, we separate box from box with a layer of pearl cotton. For a single box going into a pouch, after the drawstring is pulled tight we slip on a separate OPP dust bag — which is also the ZBH2's standard factory packing: individual OPP plus a five-layer outer carton. In the customer's hands, they open the OPP, pull the pouch, lift the lid, and the button goes "click" — the ritual is complete.
The work looks small, but done daily it shows. For local delivery, the cloth wrap and pouch are enough. For inter-provincial express, we wrap the box, pad it inside, and sleeve it in OPP — three layers holding the shape until it arrives firm. We learned this the hard way: a client in a northern city received a caved corner after a rough sortation, and the photo proof nearly cost the reorder. Since then the three-layer rule is non-negotiable. In custom packaging, what we fear most is "crisp at the factory, collapsed on arrival" — all the craft before shipping means nothing if it caves on the road. The box minimum is five hundred, the pouch one thousand; small runs are possible, but the cushioning step no one can skip.
Get this right and the box the customer opens looks exactly like the one in the photo.
