深蓝圆角面包形首饰装盒ZBH7 的芯子不是纸也不是皮，是一块塑胶盒胚。先注塑出圆角"面包"造型的壳，再在外面做烫金、压纹和 LOGO 定制。塑胶的好处是挺，边角圆润不硌手，快递压一下不容易瘪，比薄纸盒抗造，也比包皮革的盒便宜一截。
尺寸我们常做 80×80×35 毫米这一档，也能按客户来改。圆角不是纯为了好看——四个角是弧的，受力分散，堆叠时角对角不顶出尖印，仓库码一摞也稳。压纹走的是细纹路，手指摸过去有质感，烫金压在这层纹上面，光一打金线就浮出来。

包装上 ZBH7 走独立 OPP 防尘袋，再进五层外箱。起订量小单 500、大单 2000，量上来单价往下走。有个实在建议：深蓝这色压金标很正，但要是品牌主色是米白或酒红，壳色跟着主色走更统一，别为了好看硬上撞色。
定做时钱花在圆角模具准和烫金附着力上，比多一道镂空划算——镂空多了边容易毛，反而拉低档次。还有一点常被忽略：塑胶盒胚注塑若有合模线没打磨干净，摸上去一道楞，烫金压上去会更明显。所以我们出厂前过一道检，合模线超标的一律挑出。定做量小也别省这道，客人拿到手第一下摸的就是边，边糙了前面工艺都白搭。

ZBH7 适配的面挺广：戒指、吊坠、耳钉、手链、手镯甚至小套装都能进，靠的就是内衬卡位按件开。做礼赠的客户常要一盒装一整套对饰，我们就把卡位做成主石位加副石位，开盒一眼齐整；做批发的客户要同盒多色，壳色和烫金一次排好版，换色不换模，效率最高。卡位深了小件会滑，浅了盖不上，这个毫米差靠打样时真放首饰调，不是看图能定的。

The rounded shell is injection-moulded first, then foil stamping, embossing and custom LOGO are applied on the outside. Plastic's advantage is rigidity: the corners are smooth and do not bite into the hand, and a parcel pressing on it will not cave in the way a thin paper box does, so it survives shipping far better and costs less than a leather-wrapped box.
The size we run most is 80 by 80 by 35 millimetres, though it can be changed to the client's spec. The rounding is not only for looks — with curved corners the force spreads out, and stacked boxes meet corner to corner without pushing a sharp dent, so a pallet in the warehouse stays stable. The emboss runs a fine grain you can feel under a finger, and the foil sits on top of that grain so the gold line lifts under light.
The lining offers microfiber or satin, both customisable. For small pieces like rings, pendants and studs, satin looks more luxurious; for bracelets and bangles that need to take wear, microfiber is tougher. Slots are cut to the actual piece and only ship when the item does not rattle. For a client LOGO, both foil and emboss work, and a single-colour small mark ages best — a full-bleed image tends to look cheap and also raises the risk of the gold flaking off.
On packing, ZBH7 goes in its own OPP dust bag, then into a five-layer carton. The minimum is 500 for a small run and 2000 for a bulk run, with the unit price dropping as volume rises. One honest tip: deep blue sets off a gold mark beautifully, but if the brand's main colour is cream or burgundy, match the shell to the main colour for consistency rather than forcing a clashing tone just because it looks nice.
When customising, spend on an accurate rounding mould and foil adhesion rather than on an extra cut-out — too many cut-outs leave fuzzy edges and drag the grade down. One point often missed: if the mould parting line on the plastic blank is not polished clean, you feel a ridge, and the foil stamped over it shows it even more. So we run an inspection before dispatch and pull any blank whose parting line is over spec. Even on a small custom run, do not skip this — the first thing a customer feels is the edge, and a rough edge wastes every process before it.
Shell colour has its own detail: our deep blue was adjusted a few times before the gold mark sat on it without a purple cast, and when matching colour we proof a small sample under both daylight and counter light, not just the screen. Counter light runs warm, screens run cool, and a shade off between the two makes the customer feel the colour is wrong — that kind of return is the most unfair of all.
ZBH7 fits a wide range: rings, pendants, studs, bracelets, bangles and even small sets all go in, thanks to slots cut per piece. Gift clients often want one box for a matched pair, so we build a main-stone slot plus a secondary slot, and the open box reads tidy at a glance; wholesale clients want the same box in several colours, and we set the shell colour and foil in one plate, swapping colour without swapping the mould for the best efficiency. Slots cut too deep let a small piece slide, too shallow and the lid will not close; that millimetre difference is set by placing the real jewelry at proofing, not by reading a drawing.
