天鹅绒收口袋ZBD16，米白高密度帆布做的，不是软塌绒布。帆布织得密，支数高，手捏下去回弹快，空袋也能立住个大概形状，塞进首饰不会整个瘪成一团。这是它和一般绒布袋最大的不同——挺括。我们下单前先定纱支，布感发薄的整批退掉，因为裁缝车完就救不回一只立不住的袋。帆布先过预缩，不然洗标一碰水就缩，袋口歪掉。米白耐脏又显干净，一摞袋里它最不抢眼。
挺括靠两道。一是坯布密度，织得紧才立得住，太疏一装东西就塌；二是袋身做了轻定型，不是硬衬，是让布自己有记忆。我们一般不建议加厚纸板撑，那样手感死，客户抽绳一拉就知道假。定型走一道蒸汽模，给布一点回弹的记忆就够，多数厂会把型定死，我们故意留松，袋子还能折平收纳。

ZBD16起订量按规格走，小批量先出样看三样：布色准不准、烫印深浅合不合适、抽绳手感顺不顺。出厂每只用独立OPP防尘袋套好，再五层外箱，长途运输边角不磨。它适合品牌赠礼、珠宝袋批发那类需求，也能当首饰袋加工来接，logo换成客户自己的就行。

The cloth is woven dense, high count, and springs back when you pinch it; even empty it holds a rough shape, so it will not collapse into a lump once jewellery goes in. That is the whole difference from an ordinary velvet pouch — it stands. We spec the yarn count before production and reject bolts that feel thin, because once cut and sewn there is no fixing a bag that will not hold form. The canvas is pre-shrunk first, or a touch of water at the care label twists the mouth out of square. Off-white hides marks and reads clean, so among a stack of pouches it is the quiet one. Two things give it that stand. First the cloth density: weave it tight and it holds; weave it loose and it slumps the moment you load it. Second, the body has a light shaping, not a stiff board. We avoid thick card inserts on purpose — they make the hand-feel dead, and the customer feels the fakery the instant they pull the string. The shaping is set by a quick steam form, just enough memory for the cloth to return to shape; most mills over-shape, we under, because a pouch should still fold flat for storage.
The black 'CÉLINE' mark is heat-foiled, not screen-printed. Too low a temperature and it will not stick, flaking after a few wears; too high and it scorches the cloth shiny and looks dirty. We hold a mid temperature so the weave stays visible and the lettering reads matte, matching the off-white ground. A small logo beats an all-over print — basic pouch sense. Once a client left pouches under a hot show counter and the foil edge lifted; we added an edge-set pass and re-tuned the temperature curve, and that peeling faded.
The drawstring is a same-tone braided cord, knotted and reinforced at the ends, smooth to pull, no catching. The mouth is finished with a hidden stitch so it will not flap open when drawn tight. Inside, a layer of velvet lining — lighter in weight than the canvas, and a short pile we pick on purpose because a long pile balls after a few pulls — keeps the jewellery off the cloth directly; pearl or polished gold, the scratch-shy kinds, stay safe.
Minimums for ZBD16 follow the spec; small batches sample first to check three things: the cloth colour against the swatch, the foil depth, and how the cord feels in the hand. Each pouch ships in its own OPP dust bag, then a five-layer carton, so corners survive a long haul. It fits brand-gift and jewellery-pouch wholesale needs, and takes custom work as a jewellery-bag manufacturer — swap the logo for the client's own.
Bag size follows what goes in: a narrow tall one for a single ring, a wide low one for a bracelet or bangle; a base that does not flare will not stand steady, and many factories force one pattern on every size so the load leans.
