盒子越薄，护得住吗 Thinner Box, Same Protection?
最近接的单子，十个有六七个会带一句：再薄一点、再轻一点、再便宜一点。盒子袋子越做越轻薄，是肉眼可见的趋势。但薄到什么程度是底线，得拎清楚。

我们一般建议：常走快递的走“袋+内衬缓冲”，柜台自提的用硬盒撑场面，别为了薄把本职丢了。行业里有种省成本的法子——盒壁削到1.5毫米以下，表面看着还行，一上快递流水线就露怯。这种单子我们一般不接，护不住等于白包。

Jewelry packaging drifting toward slimmer and lighter is a visible trend. But where thinness stops and failure begins is worth spelling out. Start with the soft line. Our usual advice: for pieces that travel by courier, go 'pouch plus inner cushioning'; for counter pickup, a rigid box carries the presence. Don't trade away the core job for the sake of thin. There is a cost-cutting shortcut in the trade — shave the box wall below 1.5mm. It looks fine on the surface, then falls apart the moment it hits the courier line. We generally pass on those orders; if it cannot protect, the packaging was pointless.
Thin is a direction. But protection is the point of packaging.
There is a detail often missed: the drawstring ends of ZB10 are knotted and reinforced, so dozens of pulls never loosen; the magnetic catch of ZBH6 hides on the rounded side, handy yet invisible to the silhouette. Customers may not name these things, but their hands tell the difference. Not every 'thin' on the market is real progress — some is just stolen material.
