出厂前，盒袋的最后一遍 The Final Check Before Shipping
一柜货要发出去，封箱前那遍抽检最不能省。我们做首饰盒和珠宝袋的，见过太多「路上没问题、到店一拆全是事」的返工。
先看袋。「珠宝手提袋ZB12」是丝绒束口加手提，袋身同色刺绣logo，看着高级，但抽检专盯三处：刺绣线头有没有松、抽绳末端打结牢不牢、宽幅缎带蝴蝶结是不是歪的。这款米白、黑、酒红都能做，MOQ小单1000、大单2000，量一大，批次间色差就得逐批对样。
「绒布索口袋ZB13」更考验烫印。多色植绒，白黑粉蓝随选，logo是烫上去的。抽检时拿白布轻擦三下，掉色的直接整批退回；抽绳拉五十次看松紧一致不一致。它和ZB12一样走独立OPP防尘袋加五层外箱，封箱前我们还会捏一下外箱硬度，软塌的当场换。
盒也不能免检。「八角红色首饰盒ZBH1」盒胚是塑胶，烫金压纹加LOGO定制，MOQ小单500、大单2000，植绒绒布内衬可换超纤皮革。我们每批抽五只：合盖磁吸有没有虚、八角棱角包得服不服帖、内衬有没有绒面脏点。曾有一批内衬沾了灰点，发出去被客人拍了照，返工运费比盒子还贵。
抽检的环境也有讲究。我们不在产线尾端就地查，而是把货拉到独立质检台，自然光加标准灯各看一遍。绒面脏点在暖光下不明显，冷白光一照就现形；烫金糊边也是同样道理。所以同一只盒，两道光下都过关，才敢签字出库。
试装是最后一步。袋套盒、盒入外箱，连封箱胶带都试一遍拉力。小单和大单的装箱数不同，标签对不对版、是否独立OPP封装，全在这遍定。我们宁可多花十分钟，也不让一柜货带着隐患上路。
不少客人以为抽检是厂里自说自话，其实我们乐意把这道关开放给客户。大单客户可以指定抽检比例，甚至远程视频看抽检全过程。有一回一个国内品牌方要求每批抽十只、留样封存三个月，我们照做，后来真有一批运输压痕的争议，靠留样当场说清了责任。把丑话说在前，比事后扯皮强。小单我们一般建议先打样两百只看实物再放单，避免整批色偏，返工比打样贵十倍。
出厂前这遍，省的是小功夫，保的是口碑。袋子皱、盒压痕、烫金糊，客人不会管你厂里多忙，他只记得收到的那一只不好。
Before a carton is sealed, that last sampling check is the one you cannot skip. Making jewelry boxes and pouches, we have seen too many reworks that looked fine in the workshop and fell apart the moment a store opened the box.
Start with the pouches. The Velvet Tote Pouch ZB12 pairs a drawstring closure with twin handles, the logo embroidered tonally on the velvet — premium at a glance. But inspection fixes on three spots: loose embroidery threads, the security of the knotted drawstring end, and whether the wide satin bow sits straight. It comes in cream, black and burgundy, MOQ 1000 small / 2000 bulk, so across a big run we match the colour batch by batch.
The Velvet Drawstring Pouch ZB13 is tougher on the foil. Velvet in white, black, pink, blue; the logo is hot-stamped. We rub it three times with a white cloth — anything that bleeds goes back to the batch. The drawstring gets fifty pulls to confirm even tension. Like ZB12 it ships in its own OPP dust bag inside a five-layer carton; before sealing we also squeeze the carton — a soft one is swapped on the spot.
Boxes get no pass either. The Octagonal Red Jewelry Box ZBH1 uses a plastic blank with foil, emboss and custom logo; MOQ 500 small / 2000 bulk, velvet liner swappable to microfiber or leather. We sample five per batch: does the magnetic lid bite or fake-close, are the eight corners wrapped true, any grey speck on the lining? One batch shipped with lint in the velvet; the customer photographed it, and the return freight cost more than the boxes.
The inspection setting matters too. We do not check at the end of the line under whatever light is there; the goods move to a separate QC bench, read once under daylight and once under a standard lamp. A lining speck hides under warm light and shows under cool white; a smudged foil edge is the same story. Only a piece that passes under both lights gets signed out.
Fit-test is the final step. Pouch into box, box into carton, even the sealing tape gets a pull test. Small and bulk runs pack different counts; label accuracy and individual OPP wrap are decided here. We would rather spend ten extra minutes than send a carton out with a hidden fault.
This pre-ship check saves little effort and protects everything else. A creased pouch, a crushed box, a smudged logo — the customer never asks how busy your floor was. They only remember the one piece that arrived wrong.
