圆角塑胶盒，注塑合模线怎么压平 Rounded Plastic Box: Taming the Mould Line
圆角盒这两年卖得凶，原因是它不扎手、不占地，塞进礼袋刚刚好。粉色圆角面包形首饰装盒ZBH10用的是塑胶盒胚，不是纸板裱皮，所以棱角是注塑出来的一体圆角，合模线在盒底，正面看不到缝。盒胚壁厚我们做到1.2毫米，太薄一捏就瘪，太厚又显笨，这个厚度捏着手感最稳。
表面处理是烫金加压纹，LOGO不是印的，是压进盒面的。烫金温度要卡在130到140度之间，低了金不牢，一蹭就掉；高了塑胶表面起雾，粉色的亮面就糊了。所以我们每换一批金箔都先打样三片，对着灯看金线边缘齐不齐。压纹是浅浮雕，做品牌名或简单图形，太复杂的线条压不清晰，反而显脏。
内衬给两种选法：超纤或者绸缎布，都是软的，戒指吊坠放进去不磕。盒子是翻盖磁吸，吸力调到能单手开、合上不自开就行，不追求大力。尺寸走的是80乘80乘35毫米这个通用规格，也能按内容物改长宽，改尺寸要重新调注塑参数，首样必拿。
起订量我们分两档，小批量500，大货2000起，小单适合品牌试款或者节日限定。包装是独立OPP防尘袋加五层外箱，箱里每盒套袋，长途运输棱角不互刮。有客户问能不能不做OPP袋直接装箱，我们不建议，圆角盒表面是亮面，纸箱一摩擦就是道子，那点袋钱省不得。粉色是个挑染缸的颜色，不同批次的粉会偏冷偏暖，大单一定锁一个缸号，不然同一柜台摆出深浅两色很尴尬。两种内衬都能换色，超纤走莫兰迪，绸缎走亮色，按品牌调性选。
也接过返工。一次客户要深粉，染缸调出来偏冷，首样没在缸号那栏盖章，大货到了三个缸混着，柜台一摆深浅不一，整批重染。所以粉色这种挑缸的颜色，签字时一定要把缸号写死。ZBH10适配戒指、吊坠、耳钉、手链、手镯甚至套装，是盛艺祥出得最多的圆角盒型之一。
翻车最多的就是合模线。注塑压力不稳，盒子底边那道缝会鼓一条楞，平放就翘。我们上线前调机到压力曲线平稳才量产，每两小时抽检一件看缝。再有就是烫金掉色，南方潮湿天金箔附着力差，那种单子我们多压一遍、入库前过防潮。做包装的都懂，盒小不代表能将就，圆角注塑这道关把住了，客人才愿意把珠宝交给你。

The pink rounded bread-shaped jewelry box ZBH10 starts from a plastic blank rather than board wrapped in leather, so the corners are one-piece moulded rounds with the parting line tucked under the base where the front face never shows it. We hold the wall thickness at 1.2 millimetres - too thin and it caves when you squeeze it, too thick and it looks clumsy, and this number feels steadiest in the hand.
The surface gets foil stamping and embossing, and the logo is pressed into the box, not printed on top. The foil temperature has to sit between 130 and 140 degrees. Lower and the gold does not hold, it rubs off at a touch; higher and the plastic surface hazes and the pink gloss goes muddy. So every time we change a foil lot we stamp three test pieces first and check the gold edge under a lamp for straightness. The emboss is a shallow relief for a brand name or a simple mark; lines that are too fine will not read and only look dirty.
The lining comes in two choices, microfiber or satin, both soft so a ring or pendant will not knock. The box is a flip lid with a magnet, set just strong enough to open with one hand and stay shut on its own - we do not chase maximum pull. The size follows the common 80 by 80 by 35 millimetre spec and can be lengthened or widened for the contents, but changing the size means re-tuning the injection parameters, so a first sample is mandatory.
The minimums come in two tiers: 500 for a small run, 2,000 for full production, and the small tier suits a brand testing a style or a holiday limited edition. Packaging is an individual OPP dust bag inside a five-layer carton, each box bagged so the corners do not scrape each other on a long haul. Pink is a colour that picks its dye lot: batches drift cooler or warmer, so a large run locks one lot number, or the same counter ends up showing two shades side by side, which is embarrassing.
We have taken rework on this. A client wanted a deep pink, the dye lot came out cool, and because the sign-off sheet left the lot number blank the production mixed three batches; on the counter the shades did not match and the whole lot was re-dyed. For a colour as lot-picky as pink, the lot number has to be written in stone at sign-off. ZBH10 fits rings, pendants, studs, bracelets, bangles and even sets, and is one of the rounded boxes Shengyixiang produces most.
The part that fails most is the parting line. If the injection pressure is unstable, the seam along the box base bulges into a ridge and the box rocks when laid flat. We tune the machine to a steady pressure curve before mass production and pull one sample every two hours to check the seam. Then there is foil fading: in the damp south the gold loses grip, so those orders get an extra press and a moisture pass before storage. Anyone in packaging knows a small box is no excuse for sloppiness; hold the rounded injection line and the customer will hand you the jewelry.
