蓝配金的圆角珠宝盒，这两年婚庆和轻奢品牌点名要得多。ZBH5这套走的是蓝色PU皮裱盒胚，四边压一道金边，圆角收口。看着就四道工序，真要把金边收得利落，细节比想象的多。
盒胚是塑胶注塑的，圆角一次成型，棱角不靠后加工找。圆角比直角难在折边：皮料贴到圆角处要裁出小牙口，牙口太密皮起皱，太疏贴不伏。我们按圆角半径定牙口间距，半径小的多开几刀，半径大的少开，贴完用手把皮往弧面里揉，不能用工具硬推，硬推留死折。蓝色PU皮我们选中等克重，太薄贴圆角露骨，太厚擀不动，折边处容易堆料。
蓝色PU皮是软包，皮和盒胚之间刷一层薄胶，从中间往四边擀。金边那道工序在皮贴好之后做：沿盒盖和盒身的棱线压一道金属色边条，边条是预先挤好的，接口藏在盒角背后。接口要是留在正面，一抹就看到断点，所以包角处我们让两边边条各让出两毫米重叠，再点胶压死，肉眼基本看不出缝。
金边掉色是客户最在意的。边条本身带保护层，但运输里盒角互磕，金面一伤就露底。我们后来在每只用OPP袋套好再进五层外箱，箱角加护角，磕碰率下来一大截。也有客户要真金属包角，那就是另开模具压金属片，成本高，一般婚庆高定才上。
盒盖正中那块烫金压纹logo，是这盒子的脸面。压纹先做阴模，温度压在130到140度，皮面深蓝，金箔要压得亮又不伤皮。我们见过色差没对上的，金边是冷调金、logo是暖调金，放一起显脏，所以两道工序用同一批金箔，调色一次定死。
内衬走的是超纤或绸缎，按内容物选。装戒指、吊坠这类小件，绸缎显档次；装手镯、套装，超纤耐磨。内衬开槽和盒腔一样走圆角，槽深按主石件定，多备的空位用绒布折层填。80乘80乘35毫米这个尺寸是常规款，也能按客户图纸改长宽高，改尺寸要重新开内衬模，工期多两三天。
磁吸开合放在盒身背面，吸力中等，单手能开又不松。起订量小批500、大批2000，素胚常备米白黑酒红三色，蓝色这类定制色要调皮料，调色准了再下料。每批出厂前抽三只做开合和跌落，跌两次角不裂、金边不脱，才算过。
说到底，蓝金圆角盒的体面，一半在蓝皮贴得伏，一半在金边收得干净。边条接口藏好、护角做到位，这盒子拿出来才像那么回事。

The ZBH5 set wraps a plastic box blank in blue PU leather, presses a gold edge along the four sides, and rounds the corners. It sounds like four steps, but getting that gold edge clean takes more detail than people expect.
The box blank is injection-molded plastic, with the rounded corners formed in one shot rather than chased by later machining. Rounded corners are harder than right angles when it comes to wrapping: the leather must be notched at the curve, and notches too dense cause puckering while too sparse leave it unstuck. We set the notch spacing by the corner radius — more cuts for a small radius, fewer for a large one — then work the leather into the arc by hand. Never push it with a tool; a tool leaves a dead fold. The blue PU is chosen at a medium weight — too thin and the bone shows at the corner, too thick and it will not roll, and the notched edge piles up material.
The blue PU is a soft wrap; a thin layer of glue goes between leather and blank, rolled from the center outward to the four edges. The gold edge is added after the leather is down: a metal-colored strip is pressed along the ridge of the lid and body. The strip is pre-extruded, and the joint is hidden behind the box corner. If the joint lands on the front face, the break shows at a touch, so at the corner we overlap the two strips by two millimeters and glue them flat — the seam is almost invisible.
Gold-edge discoloration is what clients worry about most. The strip has its own protective layer, but in transit the corners knock against each other and the gold surface scars and shows the base. We now sleeve each box in an OPP bag before it goes into a five-layer carton, and add corner protectors; the knock rate dropped sharply. Some clients want real metal corners, which means a separate die to press metal pieces — higher cost, usually reserved for wedding high-customization.
The gold-foiled, embossed logo at the center of the lid is the box's face. The emboss is cut into a female die first, pressed at 130 to 140 degrees; the leather is deep blue, so the gold must read bright without scorching the surface. We have seen mismatched tones where the edge strip was a cool gold and the logo a warm gold, and together they looked dirty — so both steps use the same batch of foil, the color fixed once and for all.
The lining is microfiber or satin, chosen by content. Small pieces like rings and pendants look better in satin; bangles and sets need the durability of microfiber. The lining slots follow the cavity's rounded shape, cut to the main stone piece, with spare space filled by folded velvet. The 80 by 80 by 35 millimeter size is standard, but length, width and height can follow the client's drawing; a size change means a new lining die and two or three extra days.
The magnetic closure sits at the back of the body, medium pull, openable one-handed yet not loose. Minimum order is 500 for small runs and 2000 for bulk; plain blanks are kept in cream, black and burgundy, while a custom color like blue needs the leather dyed and matched before cutting. Before each batch ships, three units are pulled for open-close and drop tests — the corner must not crack and the gold edge must not lift after two drops to pass.
In the end, the dignity of a blue-gold rounded box is half in how flat the blue leather lies and half in how clean the gold edge is finished. Hide the strip joint and protect the corners, and the box looks the part.
